About Us

Evih Acklin was born to transform real estate into a tool for equity, stability, and generational wealth. Founded in 2024 by B. A. Acklin—a project manager with over a decade of experience in workforce development and economic security within the public-sector—Evih Acklin began as a holding company focused on acquiring and managing urban rental properties in the mid-Atlantic region.

Community Involvement

Through its emerging nonprofit arm, Evih Acklin is preparing to launch Keys to Equity—a pilot initiative designed to bridge housing literacy, mentorship, and access to affordable homeownership in Baltimore City and Washington, DC. This program reflects a deep commitment to dismantling barriers and creating pathways for residents historically excluded from wealth-building through real estate.
